Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Milk & Moon account and associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

How to request deletion

Email us at support@milkandmoon.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. Include your account email and, if possible, the name on the account so we can locate it quickly.

What happens next

We'll process your request and delete your account and personal data within 30 days. This includes your profile information, feed and diaper logs, growth tracking history, and any Care Orbit connections tied to your account.

Some information may be retained for a longer period where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security, or regulatory recordkeeping. Details on what may be retained and why are available in our Privacy Policy.

If you'd prefer to delete your account from within the app, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
